Shreds easily. Doesn’t last through a shower like other brands but works okay for a couple hours. We only tried this brand because our coach said we had to have white to match our uniforms and this was the only one available in white at the time.

I've been wearing it for a week with no peeling. Holds up in the shower great!! I typically get 10 to 14 days of wear time out of my tape. I've used it on my belly for all 3 of my pregnancy and it has been amazing. I recommend it to everyone. My pregnant belly feels so supported when it's on. I've never had any problems with it irritating my skin or causing a rash.
