DS18 6-Inch 450 W Car Pro Audio Midrange Loud Speaker

Good quality for the price

Purchased 1 x Powerbass 4XL-65T, 1 x Rockford Fosgate PPS4-6 Punch Pro & 1 x DS18 PRO-X6BM PRO I kept the DS18 - Just as well built as the others & half the price For those wondering the speaker I received looked like image 2,3,4 & 5 with the less pointy aluminium cone.

Cannot do a performance review because I ordered 2, one came bent and buckled a few days after being ordered, never powered it up, thd second one will take 4 months delivery..... What a joke

This is for 1 speaker. Since when did they start selling 1 speaker. The need to make it more obvious that we get 1 flipping speaker. I’m sorry like but people actually replace their car speakers in pairs. Prob have done since the 1960s. Just a tad disappointed

This little thing is screaming!!! I’ve noticed that a lot of people have said that it doesn’t put out much bass. Well in a way it’s true if you’re just installing these speakers without a subwoofer. At the same time they do flex a little but you need to connect them to an additional amp and not just to your car stereo, to get the sound these babies are made for! But if you are putting this/these type of speakers with a big subwoofer which is my case, then this speakers are ideal and put out just enough bass when turned up high not to interfere with the bass that your subwoofer will produce. Because if you have a subwoofer installed with door speakers that trying to bump at the same time, then it sound like crap. This speaker puts out the exact amount of bass that I needed which won’t make the whole system sound bad when I have the subwoofer installed, I’m still working on box for the new subwoofer. But from my experience I can Already tell that it will sound awesome! I’ll try to load some videos of before and after as well as pictures. And of the Decibel reader that I have, but it reads only up to 130db and with this new speaker it kept saying overload or something like that 😂 If you have a dedicated amp for them then don’t overload them from the beginning like I did by mistake, need to brake them In for a few days first. It got stinky in my case for a little while but it didn’t burn out. Pros: 1. Very loud and crisp 2. Good build quality Cons: 1. 30 minutes later I still got a headache after running some test lol 😂 Edit: unfortunately Amazon let me load only one vid so I loaded the one of the new speaker. You cannot really see it flexing on the video but it does flex a little!
