Good flavor! Watermelon ice was a good first pick. Love the high caffeine content. Good size and quality container. Effective and gave a good kick without the jitters.

These pouches do seem to be effective however the taste is very very strong and hard to stand. This flavor in particular, the mint is so strong it hurts to keep in. Not a good burn either it’s just like holding an ice cube in your lip.

DON'T BUY THIS ITEM!!! I know it's not much money out of your pocket. the flavor is there but it's VERY nasty in your mouth. First off! You can't return this product. Second - I used one packet for a training run today and it burns your mouth. Third - It's very uncomfortable in your mouth while doing an aerobic exercise and you need to breath a bit harder. And like the amazon site told me, YOU CAN NOT RETURN THIS ITEM. SO YOU'RE STUCK WITH IT AND YOU WASTE YOUR HARD YEARNED MONEY.

Amazing taste! The ice part was a weird feeling at first, but the watermelon flavor is so good. These are some of the larger mouth pouches I have tried but they last a good 45min - 1 hr. The 225mg caffeine kick is strong but not jittery. Definitely reordering!

Peach tea is my favorite flavor but willing to try the other's that they have I had about couple each day at work like 2 a day I work customer service till like 11 or 12 at night most days keeps me going helping people and cleaning this is by far the best way to get caffeine doesn't taste like chemicals just gets the flavor right please do a cranberrie lemonade flavor it'll do wonders
