The mini-PC that earned a spot on my desk
This thing definitely got a premium feel. And to be honest, I bought it after watching a video reviews and that touchscreen display at the front is something I really wanted, and it was the main reason I bought it. The display actually monitors the CPU and GPU temps, shows the speed and it can be turned to show the clock, so not much beyond the aesthetic and monitoring use – but I love it. The aluminium build is solid and it’s not something you'd want to hide away – looks fantastic on the desk. It’s got a bunch of ports (usb-a, usb-c, hdmi, DP and even dual 5G Lan. Under the hood, it’s packing an Intel core ultra 9 185H, which is one of those newer Meteor Lake chips. It's powerful and more than most people probably need for casual office stuff, but it handles well whatever I threw at it very well, even things like video editing in Adobe Premiere goes smooth. In terms of performance, it's a little ‘beast’ for multitasking and demanding applications. For things like content creation or office work (as I can open hundred spreadsheets and docs in Microsoft Office package and this thing won’t slow down or hang up. So for me it’s a top notch PC I always wanted. It has Intel ARC gpu, which is okay for some light gaming, but obviously I had to tweak the settings a bit to have a nice fps on my 2k monitor. It will play games with medium-low settings, giving that 60-90fps on 2k monitor and flying through emulations of the classic game consoles if someone is into it. But here’s the thing - if you are into gaming there’s an option to plug external gpu via the OCulink. It's one of the standout features here. It doesn’t have Thunderbolt (which some people might miss) - but OCulink is focused on raw speed and it basically eats Thunderbolt in terms of speed, considering you get the compatible gpu for this (for example NVIDIA RTX 4060 with OCulink or something similar). Still, on its own it without external gpu it handles any older titles very well, but for newest AAA games, you'll have to lower the settings to get smooth gameplay (talking Starfield or Cyberpunk, etc). The cooling system does a good job of keeping it quiet, even under load and I appreciate it. It also boasts Wi-Fi 7 but I do not plan to upgrade my router just yet – and most of us don't have routers that support that yet, but its future-ready. It's definitely not the cheapest mini-PC out there. You can find cheaper options with similar performance, especially with AMD Ryzen processors - but for me its not the point here – I wanted something decent looking on my desk, quiet, with enough power to do photo processing and basic video editing and this PC ticks all the boxes. It’s on a bit expensive side but I do not regret spending money on it. So considering the design, performance and features, but also the price, I’d give this Atomman X7 Ti a 4.8 out of 5 stars. I hope this helps.

Customer service is a nightmare
I emailed many times saying I could not access the driver files, even though I had managed to download some other files inc the manual. After 3 days with no reply I managed to finally get a copy of the drivers only to find the WiFi cards wasn't working. I ID'd it as a MediaTek so I went online to find drivers, it still wouldn't work. So I sent another few emails over the next 2 days asking what to do. Meanwhile, I learn online that this is a very common problem with this computer and other Minisforum computers. Many other on Discord and Reddit were complaining about customer service too: not getting replies and returns not accepted for machines that would not work. So I started a return. A very big shame as I had bought new memory and M.2 drives for it as well. Seems like Minisforum has a terrible reputation so I hope I get my refund.

The mini-PC that can do it all: work, play, create...
This is a PC that could handle basically everything from work and browsing to the occasional gaming sessions. It's compact, which is a plus on my cluttered desk and its very powerful despite its size. Setting it up was a breeze – Windows 11 Pro was up and running in around 15 minutes. The RGB lighting is a bit much, but thankfully you can turn it off in bios. For gaming, it's a 1080p powerhouse. I've been able to crank up the settings to 'ultra' and 'extreme' on most games and get smooth frame rates. 2K (1440p) is doable too, especially with AMD's upscaling tech (it can upscale 1080p to 2K or 4K), though you might need to dial back the settings a bit. Ray tracing is a no-go, unfortunately – it either crashes or tanks the performance, thats to be expected in non-Intel machines. The 8GB of VRAM can also be a bottleneck for some newer titles at higher resolutions, occasionally had a message 'low VRAM' when played Forza Horizon 5 on 'ultra'. But honestly, for my needs, it's been fantastic . Beyond gaming it's also a solid workhorse - video editing is surprisingly smooth, even with 4K footage (tested with DaVinci Resolve). It's definitely comparable to my iMac for light to medium editing tasks, including multiple colour graded tracks. Rendering is also noticeably faster than on Intel-based mini-PCs I've used. And for everyday tasks like browsing, multitasking, and even the kids' school projects, it handles everything without breaking a sweat, its actually an 'overkill' for basic office tasks. The cooling system is impressive - it stays quiet most of the time and even under load, the temperatures are well-managed, cpu/gpu never goes higher than 75-77'C. The magnetic stand is a clever design – definitely use it as it helps with airflow. The port selection is also excellent, with plenty of USB options and dual DisplayPort, which is great for my setup. The only real downside may be the lack of USB4/Thunderbolt, which isn't a dealbreaker for me, but might be for people who want to use eGPU (which i think is pointless, having AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT on board . Overall, I'd give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars - it's a fantastic mini-PC that balances performance and size, definitely worth considering if you're into gaming, content creation or both.

Disappointed.
Was reported as similar speed to I5 13600k, found it to well below on performance, not much better that a n100 quad core. Also found issues with drivers for hdmi keep disappearing and losing sound reverting to headphones, for some reason. Fix info was available on the net though. Runs almost silent in performance mode, probably because it is only running at half it's ability.

Broke after 2 weeks - 0 support
Stopped working after 2 weeks. Support terrible - sent some files to try and get it working. No follow up from support. Stuck with a machine that I paid over 1000 pounds for that won't boot - amazon's terrible 30 day return policy useless in this case. Update. This machine is now working. Turns out that the fault was nothing to do with the machine itself, and was a Windows problem. My initial remarks about support still valid, but since then the company has reached out with various options if I needed them (including offer of refund) hence the updated review. The computer itself is actually very good. Very quiet and does what it should do.

Small but mighty
After a couple of weeks, this little box has definitely lived up to my expectations, and a bit. I'm not a gamer, but I play pinball and it handles that really well. I can also run some pretty powerful llm's locally. If I need more processing power in future, it has the oculink port and capacity to triple the RAM to 96gb too.
