I used for a recent trip to the Caribbean. I wanted something to take (besides my cell phone) to take pictures and not be concerned about losing it I the water etc. The camera is simple to use and the pictures came out great. I recommend

I just unboxed this camera. Pros: 1st, I was impressed by its size and ruggedness, yet that's to be determined after 15 days on the Colorado River which is why I bought this camera. Cons: extremely limited instructions which don't cover all its functions. There are three buttons on top. Right; on off, Middle with the image of a camera with arrows around it which I assume is for making the screen landscape, but when pushed the screen goes dark. Re-push and the screen comes back. No instructions about it, so clueless. The third button on right is S.O.S. flashing light. Again, no mention. The instructions explain how to go from manual to AF buy pressing the shutter button and there will be indicators on the screen when in focus. No indicators are shown when shutter button is pressed. The only way to look at photos you took is to press the garbage can, then you can't get it back to photo mode after pressing all the buttons trying to figure it out. The only way to get back to photo mode is turning the camera off, then back on. The image quality is very poor at all the settings. There is an an "M" button at the bottom that does nothing when pushed and the instructions mention nothing about it leaving me clueless. Because of the low quality image, I'm sending the camera back and going to a camera store to check out other brands.

I bought this to take on a trip where we were going to be snorkeling for a day. The pictures turned out great. A year ago a did a similar trip and rented an underwater camera (for over $100) and this camera was at least as good. The camera does float but I suggest buying a floating wrist strap just to hold on easier. My only issue was that the camera would go to sleep while I was trying to download by images. I had a chip reader with me and used that to download the pictures but the wifi connection worked better for downloading videos in a format compatible with Apple Photo.

The first time I used this camera I thought it worked pretty well. Got some decent pictures, although had to wing it on usage as there weren't very good instructions to be found anywhere. I used it on a second trip and again got some nice pics, however, now I am unable to close the compartment that where the sd card and battery hook up are located. I've tried everything and cannot get it to close, which makes the camera unusable. I would not recommend this product. Not a very good value for the money.

I bought this camera mainly for beach trips and snorkeling, and it has been a pleasant surprise. It feels sturdy, and I’ve already used it in the pool and at the ocean without any issues. The dual screens are super handy for selfies, and the 64GB card gives plenty of space for photos and videos. The picture quality is good enough for sharing online and capturing memories, and I don’t have to worry about dropping my phone in the water. For the price, it’s a great value and fun to use on vacations.

Disappointed. I had high hopes. Camera is great. Functions were as expected. I was hoping it would work perfectly. The only thing not working was the Ismart dv2 App link to my smartphone. It would partially link but would not show pictures so I could transfer to my phone galery.

I went to the Galapagos Islands, and wanted to take some amazing underwater photos. I was beyond disappointed in this camera. Maybe it was my skill set but I chose it because it was supposedly easy to use. So happy that our group had a GoPro Camera which obviously took amazing pictures. Another traveler just used his iphone which took amazing pictures as well. Lesson Learned

Calidad en base al precio, un poco lenta pero cumple su función. Llegó configurada en chino así que batalle un poco para poder cambiar la configuración del lenguaje. Si soporta el agua, en cuanto a las fotografías no esperes calidad profesional pero para un principiante como yo creo que es suficiente y lo mejor de todo que no te tienes que estar preocupando si se moja ya que cuando andas de viaje tu principal reto es donde dejar la cámara para que no te la vayan a robar y poder bañarte a gusto, con esta cámara te puedes meter al agua y tomar fotografias sin problema.
