Never been so dissatisfied with a product. I followed directions for installing and water level ( filled the container only half way which ended up being the whole bottle of water) it was distilled as directions said to use. Day one of use I set it up on the dresser it worked good for 3-4 hours went to bed woke up with water all over the dresser, the back of the dresser, soaked in on the carpet with water still leaking out the machine. I tried to turn it on to see if it still worked It wouldn’t even turn on. I then unplugged it to dump out the rest of the water that was still in the machine and it just came pouring out the bottom. Absolute mess. It caused water damage to my dresser there is a huge swollen spot on the wood. My dresser isn’t even a year old and I spent over 1k on it and now it has severe water damage. Really upset about it. I called customer service they just apologized for the faulty machine and told me they would replace it once I sent the one I have back. I am 39 weeks pregnant 4 days away from my due date and really don’t even want to go through the process of returning as they told me I would have to buy a box and print out a shipping label plus head down to the post office to ship. I just returned through Amazon and am waiting for a refund. I really wish I never got it to begin with though as the water damage it caused to my dresser is permanent.

Easy to assemble and fill. Seems to work just fine after 4-days of use. It is replacing the one in my Geo furnace that dumps a lot of water from my softener (country living:)) down the drain. That was causing some erratic hard water, the water flow was to small for the softener to measure.

We have been using this vaporizer for a week we use water in it that we have boiled and cooled to prevent build up mold and color change of this unit, It has performed very well very quiet with a strong cool vapor coming out of it we have it in our living room set 3/4 of the setting know it stays around 45% humidity we are happy with our decision to buy this product.

Love the way it mists the water. No puddles or wet spots on the floor! We have been using it in our bedroom about 3 weeks now. Since using it my nose is not dried out and cracked. Our bedroom is about 150 sq ft.
