The 2.5 mg is the perfect amount!
The 2.5 lithium orotate is the perfect amount to help with my severe anxiety, panic attacks, and inattentive ADD. It feels like a nice calm has taken over my brain and I can finally relax and focus. I've tried every medication there is to help my problems - only the severe drugs worked - which I didn't want to be putting in my body long term. Lithium orotate is helping. I took the 5mg and it increased my anxiety and gave me the shakes - so I decreased the mg and went to 2.5 instead and it has been perfect. I also take with zinc and a slew of other herbs and I feel great. I'm thankful to have found something that seems to actually be working. I will update if anything changes in the next few weeks. Edit/Update: This is a year later and I wanted to update that this has stopped working for me unfortunately and I no longer take it. I had some pretty nasty side effects from this alone and knew it was time to stop.

Supposed to Stave Off Dementia
Of course, the problem is that you don't know if it works - no one can know. But research is out there and this is one of the few formulations that has the right amount for this purpose. Small pills make it easy to add to your regimen. Worth a try, especially if you're worried about aging.

One of my favorite supplements - nice dose
Lithium orotate is a nice supplement, really helps me feel more calm. 5mg is too much for me for one dose, but 2.5mg, if I take it at night, is a nice dose.

2.5 mg was perfect no longer available sad
This worked well for me jn unfortunately it is no longer available . That's too bad.I was happy with the dose of two point five, and there is no other brand that I know of that has a two point five.Dosage, so i'm going with another brand . Maybe they'll come Back.

It came quickly and is a re-stock of a supplement I use to balance my mood. Rather my reactions to the crazy interface of computer vs logical human mind!

improves focus
I'm giving this to my daughter who is in the process of healing from schizophrenia. This is the smallest dose available, that's what's unique about this particular lithium. This is helping her focus and concentrate. I highly recommend this product. We're using it as part of the Orthomolecular medicine by Dr Hoffer, who has successfully healed (not just treated, but healed!!) schizophrenia, together with Dr. Greenblatts protocal of nutritional lithium. I highly recommend this item!
