extremely satisfied
I’m extremely satisfied with this cutting board! The design is very practical and well thought out, especially the one handed feature which makes food prep much easier and more efficient. The quality of the wood feels durable and sturdy, and it stays stable on the counter while cutting. I also love the added features that help keep ingredients in place, super helpful when chopping vegetables or preparing meals quickly. It’s easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen too. Overall, a very useful and high-quality product. Definitely worth it and I would highly recommend it.

Game changer for one hand chefs!
As an avid Cook, I purchased this cutting board and what a game changer it has been! I had surgery on my wrist and am unable to use my right hand so I had to adapt to my left and this cutting board is wonderful. The spikes are easy to clean with a toothbrush and the board is very sturdy and well worth the money!

Great product
Helps tremendously for those with one hand. The wood is very good quality. Also helps a lot in buttering bread, putting cream cheese on bagels, etc..

Valuable cutting board - especially following shoulder surgery!!!
I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and bought this to aid my 'one-handed-ness'. This was a valuable purchase! I was able to cut all my fruits and vegetables with one arm, thanks to the aids on the cutting board. The inverted nails anchored the foods and the bands helped with the larger vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, etc). This is a great product that I will continue to use when I am out of my sling! I highly recommend this product!

Helpful after shoulder surgery
Beautifully made but the nails are difficult to clean w/only one hand. I also wonder how safe it is to put those nails into my vegetables. Does require hand washing & treatment with a special oil.

Very helpful in the kitchen
This is one of the three things that I purchased from Amazon that my Therapist from Shirley Ryan AbilityLab downtown Chicago recommended for me to try, due to the very limited use of my left arm and hand. Luckily I am right handed, this cutting board along with the other two items in the photo (purchased from Amazon) really helps in the kitchen.

Beautiful Product But Challenging To Use
This is a beautiful, well crafted cutting board. It was thoughtfully designed but the reality is that it misses the mark on many points. I've been using it for 3 weeks and have some suggestions to improve it's usability. The spikes to hold food work well. But I think the staggered layout of the spikes are too close together. They catch the blade of my knife, binding it between them, making it hard to release without having to wriggle the blade back and forth, up and down. And it's scratching the heck out of my knives! I also think the spikes are too close to the back rail. My knife tip hits that rail as I slice, especially larger veggies like cabbage and scores the wood. More central location of spikes and wider spaces between them would also make cleaning a lot easier. When the spike cover is in place, you can theoretically place a bagel or something similar into the corner between the cover and the back, then horizontally slice the food. But the cover and back piece are not tall enough to secure the food, nor is there enough room to hold a knife in your hand to get the blade through the food to slice it horizontally. It's fine to slice smaller foods, like an apple, into wedges. My hand isn't strong enough to grip the board anywhere but the back where the rail is when I need to move or clean it. A rigid handle on the left or right would be helpful. The spike cover is a great idea but it does tend to fall off when I move the board. I love the idea of the rubber bands to hold long foods like carrots or celery. But the reality is you have to be über careful where you place the knife between the bands or take time to set your knife down and adjust the veggies so they're extending past the band, pick up the knife, make a few more slices, set the knife down, adjust, repeat. I so wanted to love this board. I am the main cook in my house and had high hopes that it would make my one handed cutting easier and more safe. Hoping there will be some design changes in the future!
