This product really surprised me in the best way. The features are excellent, and the overall build has a fine, refined quality to it. I am writing this after using this product twice. Earlier I have used Amazon basics vaccum cleaner and I am very satisfied with that. For my new place I wanted to buy same but current price is very high to me . So I wanted buy something at low price and reliable . After lot of searching and reading reviews I bought this one. Packaging is good. Product is good so far. Coming with 1 year warranty. Easy to handle , not so much heavy. Different type of accessories . Wire size is ok . I saw some negative review on that , but I think at this price it is perfect size. Otherwise you can use extension. I saw some neagtive reviews on heating. But as earlier I have used vaccum cleaner so I know this heating is natural. You can use this one easlily 15 mins continuously . You need to wash filter after using everytime if you want longevity of this product. Giving rating 5. Will try to review after using one year

This is my 3rd vacuum cleaner i have purchased of Eureka Forbes. The previous 2 worked for decades with no complaints . Thought I buy a lighter compact one and chose this. Big blunder. First day of use, the motor got heated up within a min. So I raised a service request with Eureka Forbes and the technician visited my home. He checked and said the piece is defective as the max motor run time is 10 mins and the body heating up after 7-8 mins of run time is expected. Told me to raise a return request with Amazon . He also told me not to buy such small vacuum cleaners as they are never meant for home use and preferable for cars and small offices or spaces. I called up Amazon and asked for a return request stating that the product is defective as mentioned by the service agent. Amazon wants that I get a denial of service letter frm Eureka Forbes in order to process the return and refund. Now why will Eureka Forbes give me such a letter?? No manufacturer will never give such a letter. Had a fight with Amazon call centre agent and he said get the letter and take refund. This product is bad and Amazon is a fraud
