We got my daughter an A1 Mini for her last birthday and she's wanted to start working with more abrasive materials so I picked up this hotend for her. It has been working great so far. I was a bit concerned about the photo that shows a "black" or "silver" version may ship randomly.as the silver version is not a hardened steel nozzle, but we got the black one. If they do truly send non-hardnened nozzles randomly then it's truly a gamble on which one you get. The price is also significantly higher than buying direct from Bambu, but shipping is faster so if you need a nozzle fast to get back to printing and don't want to wait the week or so for a shipment from Bambu then you might consider this, otherwise I would skip it.

The new hot end is perfect with my a1 mini .. very impressed and will use this company again, highly recommended

It's a good hot end. Slow as Christmas getting here..

There's nothing worse than being in the middle of a print day and having a clog that can't be relieved through cold pulling, super heating, or needling. Had I had an extra in stock, a two minute replacement and I would have been right back to printing. A clog will at some point happen to you - these are absurdly inexpensive. Do yourself the favor - get yourself one (or two) today and spare yourself the downtime that I experienced.

Da wo man feinste Strukturen abbilden möchte oder muss um funktionierende und optisch ansprechende Designs zu drucken braucht man diese feine Düse. Dank dem Schnellwechselmechanismus des Werkzugkopfes des A1/mini ist der Wechsel von der klassischen 0,4mm Düse auf die 0,2mm auch schnell erledigt. Drucke dauern dann allerdings erwartungsgemäß um einiges länger, aber das Ergebnis überzeugt. Ein Getriebemodell welches ich mir in Etappen ausdrucken werde und aufgrund der Feinheit der Bauteile eine 0,2mm Düse erfordert wird bei 12 Druckplatten mit der 0,2mm Düse ~125std dauern. Das ist schon lange :-). Das auf den Bildern gezeigte Modell ist eigentlich für den Druck mit der 0,4mm Düse gedacht. Aber ich wollte die 0,2er mal ausprobieren. Der Druck ist schon sehr detailreich. Die "pickelige" Oberfläche des "Close" Schriftzuges ist der Struktur der PEI Druckplatte geschuldet. Aber auch diese zeigt die Düse sehr genau :-)
