Great compact steamer with multi-accessories, works well, easy to operate. Purchased the SHINY-STORY Crisinant Carry Bag for the Gauyte Steamer; perfect fit for steamer/accessories on the go. Gautye Customer Service is superb, punctual with prompt resolution and delivered as scheduled. Will gladly purchase from Gautye again. Steamer is quick, quiet, non-toxic way to clean miscellaneous items around home. Steamer was missing part and cardboard accessory parts list. Gauyte sent a replacement. Works well to clean bath tiles and oven; looking forward to using around the home. Recommend using DISTILLED water in steamer to prevent clogs. The cleaning powder is impressive, the items cleaning were not heavy with dirt, did a great job cleaning ceramic tiles and grout. I notice the accessory card board insert provided doesn't jive with parts list #'s. It's self explanatory even though numbers don't jive. Heats up relatively quickly for steam.

I really wish I would’ve thought to take some before/after pictures before using this, because it was unbelievable what I was able to clean off with this thing. First, I had a Bissell steam cleaner before this. It was handheld and heavy, so my arm would get tired quickly if I had to hold it up or move it around for more than a minute. The hole you had to pour the water into was so small you could pretty much only use the included special little spouted cup to pour water in. It also held a pathetically small amount of water so you’d have to refill it after only using for about a minute, but the water compartment was pressurized and got so hot that you had to let it cool down completely before refilling, which took a long time. Recently burned myself real good when I got a little bit too impatient and that was the final straw. I really love that this steam cleaner has a large water tank that is extremely easy to fill. You can use it for a very long time without even coming close to using up all the water. Also, the water tank stays 100% cool to the touch, so no risk of burning yourself on it and no having to wait for it to cool down before refilling. I also LOVE that the water tank is separate so you don’t have to hold the entire unit in your hand. No more arm fatigue! Another issue I had with the handheld was that the reach was extremely limited. With the hose, I can get into all kinds of spaces I couldn’t before, and on top of that, the extender it comes with was super helpful for cleaning out my oven, which is a little hard to reach into some spots with the door in the way. The gloves are an excellent inclusion—I don’t think you necessarily have to use them, but especially for extended cleaning, I found them really helpful as the handle gradually gets a little warmer and I occasionally wanted to adjust the position of the tip. Lastly, the function. 2 things: First, I live in a cheap apartment that hasn’t been renovated or even given a fresh coat of paint in probably 20 years, so the oven has always had SO much burned on crud. I tried so many things to try to clean it at least a little with zero change. My original steam cleaner started to help some, but it couldn’t run as long as I needed it to to really make a dent. This thing pretty painlessly removed years of baked on grease. Second, on my bedroom windowsill I had used some of that special double-sided tape that’s supposed to prevent cats from jumping up on surfaces. Well it didn’t, but then it also didn’t want to come off. I genuinely cannot tell you the number of things I tried to get this stuff off, mostly because I have been trying, no joke, to remove it for 6 years, and it would take too long. I almost cried when this steam cleaner removed it in MINUTES! I cannot believe I spent 6 years trying everything to get that adhesive off, all of which required a good bit of elbow grease and still did next to nothing, when I could’ve just used this and had it off in minutes and without even having to put my back into scrubbing. But heck yeah to getting my deposit back!

I like it so far and I can't believe I've gone this long without having a steamer. It works great, as far as I know. I've use it one time so far, to steam my new curtains. Check out right vs. left in the image. What I noticed is that the cords could be a little longer, the canister is top heavy so when I stretched the cord too far, it tipped over. It did not leak when tipped. The nozzle dribbles a lot of water when you first turn it on. The accessories are very small and I thought they were going to be bigger. Check out the second image for size perspective. Lastly, it's really loud - like wear ear protection loud.

This is a great little machine! Easy to assembled. Comes with lots of attachments. First chore I used it on was cleaning the grate on my Komodo grill. It did an excellent job of removing all kinds of burnt on stuff from years of use. Next chore was the grout on the kitchen floor tile. I only did a small section to see how it would do. I did extra with bleach and plan to also try some grout cleaner to determine which works best, but it did a great job of removing years of foot traffic dirt and the grout looks new again. Holds a decent amount of water so that refilling will not be that frequently. The handle does get pretty warm so be sure to wear the supplied rubber gloves or some other type. Really satisfied with this product.

It heats up quickly and produces strong steam that removes grease and dirt easily. The different attachments are very useful for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and even small corners. It saves a lot of time and makes cleaning much easier.
