Advanced lock that simplifies life
I ordered this product hoping to control access to house both remotely and in the classical way. this lock has exceeded my expectations! We now have a elderly person who accesses the house the only way they know using a key. On the other hand, all the young people of the house access the same house using all the modern methods that are available in some of the best, locking solutions. Setting up the lock installation appointment for the installation had some hiccups. On the other hand, the installation itself went smoothly over 2 days and I'm completely pleased with the results. I'm hoping that the lock will continue to behave good in the long run!

Parts are missing
Some parts are missing from the product and there is no response from Godrej. Waste of Rs 45k. Service center is unaware of proper functions of lock. The response of lock is delayed and not upto the mark. It takes time to respond the finger sensor. Keypad is a touch but quality looks cheap. Buzzer alarm is disturbing for neighbours as to shut it off, you have to comeout of home and shut it manually by entering password. Customer care says that they dont have any idea about such locks. Conclusion: It is waste of money in buying such expensive locks in name of Godrej. Other company selling similar product are way cheaper and good quality. Only good part is that installation process was smooth and hassle free as the technician knows his job.

Instalation support and demonstration
Over I am happy with purchase, I still need to configure few thing but it will be really helpful to monitor and give unknow person access. Instalation suport and explanation was really good. They surprised me with small gift for this specific model purchase.

You will be spammed and locked out.
Such an expensive lock and tank bad app experience. This app significantly undermines the user experience of an otherwise premium smart lock. Frequent logouts every 10-12 days requiring OTP re-authentication make everyday use unnecessarily cumbersome. Additionally, constant low-battery notifications every 15 minutes create intrusive spam rather than helpful alerts. For a premium-priced lock, such a poorly designed app is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professional quality assurance. Seems like, unpaid interns made this app and lock.
