As I was wading through the La Drang river back in vietnam. I needed some extra boost, something to help me recover. With these being able to do that, for little money and easily to carry I took them with me in my pouch and placed a few in my canteen to dissolve and consume over time. I rendezvoused with beep bop, my little Vietnamese guide to get me from A to B, he knew his way around and was effective at doing his job. He wanted payment at the end of it. I gave him some of these tablets as he wanted to get ripped at the gym in the destroyed part of Ho Chi Mihn, 10% off, no man can resist that. I saw him years later, strong, ripped shredded body. I asked him his “secret” he said “creatine, the ones you gave me, I got more and they have made me more effective at the gym and stronger and are easier to swallow, they are the ideal size to carry around in my bag. And they dissolve easily in water”. At least it sounded like he said that as I don’t speak Vietnamese.

These are a scam. 2 gummies weigh 5g so how can it contain 5g creatine 1g BCCA and all the other ingredients. Absolute nonsense. Avoid these, save your money. Buy some tablets or powder.

So far everything is goo, tasty good not sure if I can see the effect of it as quickly as the powder. Anyway too early to say overall it’s ok.

These gummies taste absolutely great — flavorful, chewy, and very enjoyable! However, I noticed that the number of gummies per tub can vary, and the weight of each gummy isn’t completely consistent. Some are a bit lighter than others, also the total count a little unpredictable. It would be good to get some lab results on them to see if they provide enough creation as they say in the tin

This review is for a strawberry flavored creatine gummy. This is a gummy with a good texture and easy to chew. Not too tough but not too dense either. Dissolves fairly well and leaves just a little in the teeth to pick out. The flavor is strawberry and it's a light fruity taste. Kind of sweet. The dosage information is a little off though. I read where it says take 2 but then i also read 3 but not to exceed the dosage so I'm confused if i should take 2 or 3. Maybe a little more clarification on how much is in each gummy so I can correctly dose what i need based on my physical needs versus a generalized person
