Everything I expected. The top is plastic and easy to use in large amounts or small. I don't have problems with moisture or anything getting inside, and I am nearly a3 down this container. Great price for the size and a sturdy container for cooking hands!

Large Crystals
I use Kosher salt in cooking all the time. The crystals are a little large in this brand so it’s okay to cook with but you’d want to grind to use as seasoning.

this is a VERY LARGE crystal salt, , its 100% for cooking only,
its very large sharo salt crystals, not for topping foods, but maybe for cooking where you have time to make it dissolve in a liquid, but its good if thats what you want, i wish it said rellay karge crystalsm t would be good in a salt grinder though, but that kind of defeats the purpose.
