Comfy
I loved the quality of the chair. The only downside is if you are tall, it might be a little uncomfortable unless you sit with your legs on the chair crossed. I am petite and short (1.6m), so for me the seat is wide enough to snuggle woth my legs up. I would say add a couple of cushions to give your back more comfort and support.

Comfortable foam chair, useless back support
We had a lot of fun reading the translated Japanese reviews of this chair. Apparently, Japanese women must struggle with furniture moving because 3 of the reviews state this is light enough 'even for a woman' to move, hahahahahaThis arrives rolled up and vacuum packed, much like mattresses are delivered today. Using the provided tool it's easy to safely unpack the chair and then it's a waiting game. It takes around 48h for the chair to fully expand.Once it has done so, you are presented with a surprisingly firm and supportive broad-seated, low-level stool with a token back support. The seat is large enough for an adult to sit on cross-legged. It's lower than most furniture, but I see this as a sort of sophisticated alternative to a beanbag or pouffe - an extra seat for the kids to sit on when they are chilling. The back support is completely useless. If you lean back on it, then support just buckles and sold over and you roll off the back. It might be passable if the chair is up against a wall, but really all it needed was a couple of support struts and it would be useable. The chair's fabric is a kind of soft scouring pad texture, not quite fleece, not quite woven but somewhere in between. It feels comfortable to sit on and is pleasant enough on bare skin. The cats are going to love it.All-in-all I quite like this chair. I think the £140 asking price is a little steep, but the £30 voucher that is currently available makes it a more reasonable proposition.

Bigger than it looks.
Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. I saw the first photo on this listing with a cat sitting on it and thought this would be the perfect little chair for my Jack Russell Terrier. I should have paid closer attention to the chair dimensions as this thing is huge. It is the width and depth of an armchair, with plenty of room for me AND my little dog. I have included a photo with a couch cushion for size reference. I would definitely describe this more as a modular furniture piece, where you can easily add more chairs to create a sofa type arrangement in a line, L shape or U formation. This chair comes vacuum packed in a smallish box (when compared to its actual size) and the packaging comes complete with a cleverly designed blade so the plastic can be cut open without fear of damaging the chair. Once open, the chair puffs itself out in only a few seconds. The fabric is akin to a sherpa material, soft and a little bit fluffy. The fabric is a removable cover, with a zip fastening on the underneath. The zip cleverly conceals under the fabric so as not to damage your floor. The underneath also has a non-slip panel of fabric so the chair will stay in place even on hard floors. The back cushion and the seat of the chair are one piece and made from what I would describe as a dense foam material, making it comfortable but firm. The top of the chair has a quilted pattern which gives somewhat of a high end finish to the seat. I will say when not butted about against a wall, the back cushion has a bit too much movement when you lean into it. The chair has some weight to it, but it’s easy enough to move around and I even managed to get it up one flight of stairs on my own.I would say unless you have a huge dog and a lot of space, then this is not the ideal little dog bed. It is however ideal for a kid’s bedroom, den space or a more contemporary living space.Recommended.

Ideal for smaller rooms or for creating extra lounging space without taking up too much room.
I recently picked up this lounge chair for my kids' room, and it's been a fun, cosy addition. The chair came vacuum-sealed (see attached pics), and while it takes about 48 hours to fully expand, the unpacking process is straightforward with the provided cutting tool. Once it’s fully puffed up, I found it surprisingly firm and supportive, with a broad seat that’s big enough for an adult to sit cross-legged, making it a nice alternative to a beanbag or pouf. The fabric is soft, almost like sherpa and feels comfy on bare skin, my son loves it. It's lightweight enough that I can easily move it around, but it’s still solid enough to handle occasional use, like an extra chair when we guesting the family. The only downside is the back support, which is pretty much non-functional - leaning back on it doesn’t offer any support, so it’s best placed against a wall if you want to sit back. However, it's perfect for the kids to sit on while reading, watching TV, or just lounging around. For the price, especially with a discount, I think it’s a solid buy for a compact seating option. Ideal for smaller rooms or for creating extra lounging space without taking up too much room.
