Invalid mesurement provided to the customers
I had bought a 150ml cup of Eco Soul, but it looked very small and thus we measured it. Astonishingly, it was found that the cup contained only about 100ml. We had reassured the coverage, but it was mentioned 150ml. It was highly unexpected by Eco Soul, misleading customers. We expect Eco Soul to kindly look into this matter seriously.
