Does not come with hardware to attach horn to surfaced. It just comes with screw and nut only.
I installed it on my golf cart and it works fantastic. Has a good sound, loud, looks great, easy to install.

connections were missing, and it did not owrk. Had experienced mechanic to install.... Nope did not work.
