I saw in my purchase history, I have bought this over 20 times so I figured I’d review it. This is by far my favorite preworkout and blows out pre’s I’ve taken in higher price points. I take 2 scoops before the gym and I get the best pumps and performance. It is cheap, effective, and my go-to. I am a stim-junkie and this doesn’t make me crash after workouts. I have only ran into 1 tub that was clumped up during shipping from a poor seal, but out of the 20+ tubs I’ve bought I’d say that’s great odds. It tastes good too and mixes well, so that’s a plus

Love this pre- workout! Dissolves super easily! Great taste and gives you a good pump during your workout. Not too much beta alanine, which from you is good. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in. Serving size isn't too big so you don't have to mix a lot of powder into the water. Overall, great pick!

Some of the varied reasons I chose to use this product are the flavors, the pricing and fast shipping, and the different ingredients inside the pre-workout. Next, I am going to describe the pricing of this pre-workout compared to others. ALPHA LION is relatively cheap, and their product comes in varied sizes and servings. For example, on Amazon you can buy their pre-workout for twenty dollars for thirty servings. Compared to another brand like GHOST, their pre-workout is twenty-seven dollars for thirty servings. ALPHA LION also has better ingredients than GHOST that I prefer; I will describe these ingredients in the next paragraph. Thanks to Amazon Prime, I can get this pre-workout delivered the same day for free. This is convenient because I do not always have access to my car. ALPHA LION pre-workout has plenty of assorted flavors for consumers to try. Some examples: blue razzberries, fruit punch, grape, sour apple, and plenty others. Very few pre-workout brands have this ingredient, so this makes ALPHA LION pre-workout stand out. The pre-workout has dyes or other unnatural coloring which some people may not like. There are great ingredients that increase muscle recovery which is great for after going to the gym. In conclusion, ALPHA LION pre-workout is a great one to pick and start using for the gym. It has numerous different benefits promoting muscle growth and recovery. The pre-workout has various flavors and sizes. I heavily recommend this to anyone starting out in the gym and needs a pick me up; The pricing on the pre-workout makes it very affordable for just about anybody.

I’d say this pre-workout was okay, but it didn’t really deliver what I was hoping for. The flavor was fine and it mixed easily enough, but I didn’t feel the boost in energy or intensity that I normally look for before a workout. I still got through my session, it just didn’t give me that extra push or focus to make a noticeable difference. If you’re sensitive to stronger pre-workouts or prefer something more mild, this might work for you—but for me, it was underwhelming.

It gives you good clean energy nothing crazy no crashing I did 2 scoops and Ive tried a lot of preworkout powders ( in my late 50's) this one is worth trying!
