Quick shipping! Ordered on the 14th, expected it to arrive on the 20th and it got delivered on the 16th from UPS! I think it’s a great starter couch at a great price. We went from a futon to this so this is an upgrade! Yes, back cushions are thin compared to other normal couches. I ordered stuffing to add to the back pillows. Overall, the seat cushions are comfy and didn’t give us trouble with staying in place. I purchased Velcro just in case. Putting the couch up against a wall is a must because of the back support not feeling super sturdy. Easy setup , only 20 mins to get this together. Doggies and hubby approve. I would recommend!

With that said, my dog chewed one of the rear center cushions, and I cannot locate someone to contact in order to purchase a replacement cushion. Could you help? Thank you! Good couch for the value. Don't expect the most comfortable couch you've ever had, but for the price it is large, spacious, and generally comfortable.

The good : It’s my first brand new couch ! I was very excited to be able to buy @ this price and with my Amazon card so I can make payments ! After having my old couch for nearly 10 years even with several comforters under the seats it sunk so even though the new couch isn’t the most comfortable couch ever , it is definitely a HUGE improvement from what I was working with . My teenager has slept on it every day this week lol, heck we slept on it together (he’s 5’8 it’s worth noting this was only really possible because I got an ottoman that fit almost perfectly between the middle cushions . ) The “bad” Like other reviewers said , the back cushions are flat even after 72 hours . I used stuffing from my old couch to stuff back cushions . Something that wasn’t mentioned at all is the lack of neck support . I’m 32 now , that’s important ! I’m only 5 ‘4 so I was a little surprised my feet hang off . If I take pillows off and shove myself back I only hang off a little but then my neck is unsupported . I have a ton of pillows so I just tossed some on the back of the couch and covered it with a blanket . Whatever it works . I wish it came in red , doing the new gray thing is what took me so long to pull the trigger and get it lol . It is a fairly large couch , I hope it last a few years atleast . All together I’m happy to have a clean new couch that looks and feels good and everyone in the house loves it too . It was easy to put together and everything was there .

The couch is pretty easy it set up. At least an hour by yourself and probably less with 2 people. The couch is a nice size, not too low and is great for an apartment living room. The material of the couch is nice and soft to the touch. The seat cushions are comfortable and seem firm enough to keep its shape over time. It is also easy to attach and secure each module, and is light enough to move around the living room easily. The negative is the seat back and back cushions. They are so incredibly thin and barely have any cushioning in them. Even if you give them time to expand, they aren’t even close to the construction and comfort that the seat cushions are. You will probably have to go to the store and buy some better cushion foam yourself. It’s basically a half empty pillow case. Also the seat back doesn’t seem that sturdy and is a little too low to be of any support. The combination between that and the awful back cushions leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest you get some comfy couch pillows or expect to add your own cushioning to the back pillows.

So cons: back cushions are thin and floppy fall forward easily -the arms are not arms their like setting a Velcro rolled towel on the edge - some screw holes in assembly weren’t drilled out all the way - cheaper material if you have rough housers I don’t see it lasting Pros: to the touch it’s soft and with enough throw pillows extremely comfortable. Major pro the price. Minus the few holes not being drilled all the way it was very easy to put together. Fits great and works for my two teenagers and I well. Overall I’m happy with it.

Really nice couch for the price. Nice for a small space. Decent quality. Was simple to assemble and it shipped quickly! I would recommend this couch.

I love this couch. We’ve had it for about 6 months, I was skeptical of a couch in a box 😂 it’s held up great, no breaks or tears. We live on a small farm with 2 toddlers 3 dogs and a cat, I need a couch that looks cute, and that I can replace every few years without breaking the bank. This is my go to forever more- cleans up easy, doesn’t hang on to stains or animal hair, can be dressed cute and made cozier with throw pillows- the back cushions are a little flat so definitely plan on extra pillows for comfort. If you need a couch and you have little kids or animals you cannot go wrong here. 100/10 for this farm mom.

You get what you pay for when you buy this couch. It’s my first time living on my own while I’m in the beginning of my career and I needed something cheap, but not too cheap, that’s visually appealing. And that’s what you get with this couch. I’m happy with it. The back rest are thin, and looks kind of awkward if you try to position your couch away from a wall but looks good if you rest it on a wall. The material looks good. Some of the back cushions are a little flatter than the others but I’m just going to stuff them with fluff from my old couch. It’s actually pretty wide so it’s nice that it fills up a good amount of my large living room, just a tiny bit small height wise. But I have gotten compliments on how it looks. It’s pretty, it’s comfortable, it’s perfect for someone just starting out or if you want to place it in a small area. Don’t recommend it if you don’t plan on leaning it against a wall. Overall, happy with my purchase.

It looks good, it’s big and comfortable enough but it will last for a short time. Nothing great. You get what you pay for. If you need something for many years I don’t recommend buying this.

Ok I read the reviews and have had the couch a few weeks now . Yes the back cushions are a bit thin however I will be adding foam that is sold in a roll on Amazon as well. Other than that I am convinced the majority of the negative comments are from people who didnt read the instructions. One lady who claimed the back came with a bent frame has put it on backwards, I can tell from the Pic she posted. Also, give the cushions time to expand and they will. Maybe even unzip the covers while you're waiting. Some people mentioned needing velcro, it has velcro you just need to peel off the covering on the velcro for it to work. Looks exactly as advertised, easy to put together, and was delivered quickly. Its comfortable seating and I have no real complaints.

I ordered a green sectional and got a grey one If I had the time I would send it back but it has to work Is a nice piece of furniture just doesn’t go with my decor unfortunately
