JOCO Glass Reusable 12oz Coffee Cup (Persimmon Sea Glass)

I was a big fan of Joco cups. We own a few and I have gifted some also. I really love the product except if the glass gets damaged, they are near impossible to replace. I have been contacting the company since November asking for a 12 ounce replacement cup and it is now March and it’s still not available on their website. I now have four sleeves and tops from broken cups that are waiting in my cabinet, unusable because they don’t fit other glasses. I find it frustrating that a company wouldn’t make sure to keep in stock their main item, especially knowing it’s breakable.

I love Joco cups. I have 4 of different sizes, so I can leave them at all the places I work, plus bring one around with me. Functionally, this is great. My only problem with this is the color: The color displayed in the Amazon image is a nice salmon -orangey-pink (though persimmons are orange, so I'm not sure where the color name comes from). What I received is bright, hideous, bubblegum/Pepto pink. I will use the cup, but I will replace the silicone parts with a less jarring color from a glass that broke.

Awesome reuseable cup! No leaking when taking a sip, contains the heat for around 2 hours in a cooler area, but it is microwave safe so that isnt too big of a deal to me. Love how it feels to drink out of the lid, super comfortable to hold, and fits in cup holders! Color was exactly as the photo
