I used this product 3 years ago and I lost a total of 72 lbs while using it. I recently started using it again and already lost 3 lbs within 5 days. I’ve tried of the flavors and the birthday cake flavor is my all time fave! I truly love and appreciate this product. It doesn’t taste bad at all, I usually blend it in my blender with unsweetened cashew milk. Delicious and filling!

I use this with vanilla oat milk for a total of 290 calories per drink. As I stated in another review of this product for a different flavor, I wish it filled me up more but I am big guy 6'1 and very broad, The birthday cake flavor taste like a milkshake so I have to admit I am impressed by this one.
