I found these gummies to be very good - best chew 2at a time.

They didn’t work at all, overpriced sweets basically! They tasted nice but the instructions were unclear on when to take them and how many to take! I feel that my sleep actually got worse afterwards and left me with no energy!

Ok. Taste was good. VFM? Unsure as never purchased anything of this sort before. They became just like the ZIMOVANE you get from your doctor,... Now, the review:- So the first time I took these I awoke next morning and kind of felt “not-all-there” if that makes sense. Second time I thought, instead of taking the prescribed TWO, I’ll just take ONE. Thinking I’d only got ONE from the jar, when I checked, it was TWO that had kindly stuck themselves together... So I’m now presuming that the TWO I took on the first try, in actual fact was FOUR. Therefore an overdose. So please be careful people, JUST INCASE you make the same silly mistake I did. Have to say though, that, with the CORRECT dosage, they work well. I had a good night sleep, my first in awhile, and there were NO after-effects the next day

Only giving 3 stars for now as I've only been taking them 1 a night for the last few nights so far, the taste is pleasant enough....... for me at least, so far, 1 a night does appear to make me start feeling drowsy within 1-2 hours or so, as yet, I still have difficulty switching off completely, but that could also be because I'm reading on my kindle app on my phone while waiting for the gummies to kick in, as another reviewer stated, it is tempting to want to eat the lot at once, not their exact wording, but same point, if my sleeping does improve with these gummies, I may find myself giving 4 or 5 stars, but only time will tell

Taste funny like plastic, don’t do nothing for me - I really struggle to sleep!… back to search for something else
