Better then King Arthur flour for sourdough bread
I have been buying these for making sourdough bread. So far the quality has been great each time I have bought them. They have made great sourdough loaves of bread. I have also used it to make coating for chicken. Each time I have bought them they are fresh and ready to use. Honestly I prefer this over king Arther bread flour.

Great for sourdough
I love this flour. I’ve had the best results with my sourdough since I switched to Bob’s. I’m sad that the price for a 5 pack of bread flour recently increased from $48 to $72. If it doesn’t drop I’ll have to go back to store brand.
