A very deep book if you want to work on yourself, overcome your past and understand your life. Tough to digest at times but so helpful. I am thankful beyond words that I finally get to understand where my struggles come from. I also recommend her other book, My mother's rage, my father's eyes

Poignant poetry & potent medicine for healing from the psychological wounds that remain open long after the physical body has healed. Thank you for your courage and compassion to bring this book into the world!
