This engraving pen is awesome! I've now tried it out on different mediums and it works great on all of them. All of the bits but one are diamond; the other one is carbide used mostly for quick removal on wood projects. This engraver fits very well in my hand making it easy to use and control. I like that all you have to do to change out bits is pull one out of the tool and push the next one in. No tool reqired, quick and easy. The cap for the tool allows you to leave a bit in it and cover it with the cap. This engraver does come with an Allen wrench and two set screws if you find that you need them on a medium that requires more force than usual. There are three speeds and a digital display that shows battery remaining and the speed it's set to. This tool feels well made and thought out.

I gave this to my son as a birthday gift. He is an artist and I thought it would be a fun tool as he has been experimenting with creating some different objects like homemade knives and sheaths. He was able to use it effectively on the metal of a knife as well as being able to carve on the handle and the sheath. It seems to work great and has lots of potential for making his projects a little more decorative!

Just got this for Christmas. First it stopped working on speed 3, which I really didn’t use because I was learning. Then it just went dead, no charging helped. So disappointed. Update on review. I finally spoke to MJ who was very nice. (And wasnt Ai) after several tries to get my video through. Respark sent me a new respark pen/ kit. Thank you very much!

I just received the engraver so haven't tried all the features and explored all it can do, however, in my initial use of the engraver, I'm totally impressed. The box it arrives in has a couple different mediums you can practice on and I've got to say, it is pretty darn cool. I tried using it on glass and also on metal and was impressed with both outcomes. The tool itself feels sturdy and of good quality. It arrives with a multitude of bits, which I'm excited to use and see what I can create. I also think this will be a useful tool for engraving our name on items rather than using a sharpie marker.

I got this as a gift for my son- in- law and he loves it! He said it's working great on all the items he's been working on. It's actually something he didn't even know he wanted or needed. Photos and description of product are exactly accurate.

If I had had the option of not giving a star, I would not had given this product a star. I bought this product on October 27, 2025, but did not attempt to use it until February 7, 2026…a little over 3 months after purchasing it. When I finally opened up the brand new package of this engraving pen, IT DIDN'T WORK. I followed the directions on charging it, and tried many times to charge it, and recharging, without any success. No amount of troubleshooting was able to make this brand-new product work. I was so glad I had purchased the Asurion extended warranty offered by Amazon, so I attempted to file a claim. Asurion informed me that the product was still covered under the seller’s (Amazon) warranty, and that there was no need to use Asurion yet because Amazon should be able to handle the problem…so they transferred me to Amazon. Amazon told me Asurion should have handled the issue. Amazon was not able to provide me with a replacement item, I did ask why they couldn’t, but no explanation was given to me, only that they couldn’t replace it…they did offer to provide me a refund as a “one-time courtesy”. Amazon told me I should keep the Asurion warranty, and that when I decided to purchase another engraver I could use the same warranty. I DECLINED! I told Amazon that I wanted a full refund for the engraving pen, AND for the extended warranty. I told them that when and if I purchase another engraver I would then buy a brand new 3-year warranty! Why would I want to pay for a warranty when I don't even have a product yet??? Seriously, what would be the sense in keeping/purchasing a when you don’t have a product to insure? I’m glad I was able to get a full refund on the engraver and the ineffective warranty. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Love it highly recommend braid quality

This was given to my grandson for Christmas he has used it and the qualityis quite nice it was easy to use the battery life appears fine. So to me it was worth the money

Der Artikel ist wie beschrieben. Der Stift liegt gut in der Hand. Ich habe ihn nur kurz ausprobiert, sprich auf Holz. Leider habe ich im Moment noch nicht die Zeit gefunden, würde aber sagen er funktioniert gut. Toll finde ich auch das er Kabellos ist.

La batterie tient à peine 7 minutes de manière autonome. Impossible de l'emporter à l'extérieur et on doit toujours rester proche d'une prise pour le recharger.
