Ideal A5 size. A biro or pencil can fit in the binder. The layout is ok. Very focused on goals. My only criticism is the 'Days at the gym' calendar is only 6 months. Maybe I just don't go to the gym enough. For the price it's good value

Nice add-on to track my workouts
While there is room for improvement, overall this workout log book is satisfying enough. It's an A5 size, which should fit nicely in a lot of gym bags. The cover is of good quality, as well as the paper (smooth and thick enough to my liking), the printing and the presentation itself (although there is a typo on each page in mine: "carido" instead of "cardio" XD It makes me laugh every time I open it). The book does have a bit of a smell when first taken out of its plastic sleeve; I recommend airing it a little before using it.You can log one workout session per page in this logbook, which is primarily geared towards tracking weight-lifting progress, rather than cardio--each page has room for both, but the part for weights takes much more space on the page than the few lines in the cardio section. It doesn't bother me since I tend to stay for longer on 2-3 machines only during my cardio sessions, while switching through quite a few more machines when I lift. If your sessions are the contrary, though, this may not be the right logbook type for you.

Fantastic Gymwise Workout Log Book.
This is an excellent workout log book that I intend to gift to a loved on (who loves the gym.) It is reasonably priced, with a generous 110 pages and lots of space to keep track of your goals. The book includes a workout calendar, a progress tracker, training goals, body measurements and a PB tracker.The individual session pages make up the majority of the book. They allow you to record your stats, including the exercise, the number of reps, sets., weight and dates etc.Overall you can track 100 training sessions and the books are cheap enough to have a number of them.The front cover is available in green, pink., blue and white. You could have different colours for different exercises. Excellent and recommended.

Another quality workout log book
This book is probably the 5th or 6th workout log book I’ve had.They give you much more space on each line/row than others do.they alternate the colours of the rows so first might be white and second grey. So easy to keep track of where you are.The front and back covers also feel much tougher/sturdier than some of the ones I’ve actually purchased.

Good Quality Workout Log Book
This is a nice quality workout log book with plenty of pages to track your progress. It even includes a dedicated page to record measurements over 7 different dates, which is a great feature. I also appreciate the motivational quotes and tips on each page—they add an extra boost of encouragement.Overall, it's a solid product for the price.
