I believe I have figured out why this product has a mixture of excellent and horrible reviews. We used this exact same brand purchased from Wal-Mart while at a lake campground last summer. When we opened the packages, the contents were dry, then we added the warm water and hung two, each about 30 feet away, on opposite sides of our site. By the next day, 90-95% of mosquitoes were gone and I got about 2 bites a week instead of the 8-10 per day I'd gotten before we used these. They lasted 2-3 weeks before we needed to hang up 2 more. However, when we ordered these on Amazon this year, the packages arrived and it looked like the contents were damp. My daughter even asked if they were supposed to look like that (see photo) because she remembered better than I did that they looked different last year. The photo shows the dark splotches where what should be dry powder is damp and stuck to the inside of the unopened bag. I hoped they would work anyway, but after one week, no, *NO HELP* in reducing mosquitoes and we have to go inside at dusk this year. I believe they are either expired or were likely stored improperly, allowing moisture to accumulate inside the bags and activating the ingredients long before they arrived at my house. My suggestion to the seller is to throw away all packages that look like my photo and *not* sell them to unsuspecting customers. If you purchase these and it feels like wet sand inside instead of dry powder, then return them without opening them as they will be useless. If the contents are dry when you receive them, then follow instructions exactly and replace as needed for many fewer mosquitoes. I would appreciate the seller sending me 4 new (dry contents) bags to replace the 2 ruined sets I received.

These Greenerway Organic Mosquito repellent zone pouches worked fantastically. We use them in our backyard to repel the mosquitos, and my wife couldn't be happier about not getting bitten anymore.

The product seems to work as I am not bothered or bitten in my yard with this hanging there. Given a squirrel destroyed the first pouch I hung using cotton twine, I used electrical fence wire (likely too thin to allow a squirrel to grasp securely) to hang the second one, and so far, so good. I like that it's not highly toxic like most sprays. Will likely purchase again.

Bought this because it’s nearing the colder season and we just moved into a house in the woods. EEE and West Nile have both been found this year in the area with a couple of fatalities this year. Paying almost 300$ for a full service company come in for one month just wasn’t an option.This is amazing. It is killing bees (white face nest we’ve been trying to kill off very close to porch as well as other bees). Every morning I go out I see multiple bees dead. I’ve noticed significant reduction in mosquito bites as well. Before I had to run to my car or be taken down by a hoard of them. Now, I can sit comfortably on my porch and haven’t been bitten in days!There was almost no odor.

This product doesn't work. I followed the instructions completely with no positive results. Still got attack when I went outside into my patio garden and the product dried up almost immediately.I definitely can't recommend this product. A real waste of my money.

These really do work! Kept 99% of the mosquitos out of the backyard

I purchased one at Bed Bath & Beyond. That one seemed to work. So I ordered a two pack through Amazon. Same packaging and instructions. Neither worked. It may have been a coincidence the first time that it worked. Neighbors using spray?

This stuff really works...will be getting more...from having tons of mosquitoes to having NONE...its nice to be able sit in the yard again!
