I am a not so slender guy looking to cut back and get better nutrition in what I eat. Fact: Many of the bars out there have a ton of calories. Assumption: The average fatty (me) thinks they will either replace a meal, or eat less of a meal, as a result of this loaded bar of goodness (especially less empty calories). Fact: the average fatty will plow throw their 300+ calorie bar and be all the fatter for it. The mega bar 1000 is not only helpless to offset the calories stuffed in this pig, it pushes us to walk every deeper into the calorie hall of shame. That is where this bar is different. Worst case scenario is you get a more dense inclusion of nutrients within a similar daily calorie count. On bad days I see a near 1:1 return in calories because the calories are low. On good days, I actually do cut out some of the daily calories, especially empty, because these are desirable. As if a gift from the skinny deities in the clouds, I choose this over another bag of cool ranch whatevers. Kudos to the munks for keeping quality and taste high, and the calories reasonable. Btw, I am not a huge peanut butter fan but they are buusss'n (word stolen and probably misappropriated from my daughter's private diary)

Overall the taste was alright, this was a fill in for my usual and I would buy again however the texture really wasn’t the kind that I prefer but isn’t enough for me to say don’t buy. It’s hard and a little sticky. Great idea to buy the sampler to determine which flavour you like the best. The numbers for calories etc and fiber etc are great too btw.

Hate the price, love the taste - but here’s what really sells it for me. Since the bars are so big, I eat half a one in the morning and it works better than Metamucil. As someone with constant digestive issues, I love that result! I started out with the sampler pack and discovered that Cinnamon Roll is my favorite. Soft and chewy, very tasty, a nice shot of protein… and thank heavens: regularity!!!

For me, the bars taste good. I don't like high-sugar items, and this bar can actually fill you up enough until lunch. Yet after several days of chomping one down on the way to my commute, I noticed that my digestive system changed, and unfortunately not for the better. If, like me, you are sensitive to too much allulose (makes BMs very loose) then you may want to skip this particular bar and go for one of Munk Pack's other bars that don't include it as the SECOND ingredient. That, in combination with the added probiotics, could be a lot for a digestive system to handle on a daily basis. Now I limit myself to a half of a bar every few days, just to keep the runs away. I won't be buying these again.

Love this product, but it seems like every time I try to order it they grab the wrong box because the boxes are very similar to another Munk Pack bar so I keep getting refunded, if they could update it maybe they would save money, this is like the second time this has happened. They need to do something to make sure they send the correct one.

Good chewy taste that has a lot of protein.

While these may be healthy, they are tasteless and soggy; definitely not worth almost $3 a bar. Unfortunately returning them is not an option, so there goes $14.99 down the drain. Very disappointing!
