I have been using this for years, i feel it increases my endurance and reduces recovery time for 50k runs and the sachets are easy to carry if i need a top up.

Beware although the product is excellent, and was exactly what I wanted, due to the sugar content it is not suitable for diabetics, and cannot be returned for a refund. I will take it to the food bank. Kind Regards. Flick

The whey protein gives this a nicer, slightly smooth texture. The taste is good and I find it easier in the stomach than pure energy drinks. Whether it makes a difference to performance is difficult to know, mbut I'd recommend giving this a try.

Like this drink use for football energy

The way it is marketed is very misleading. It kept saying its a drink so when it arrived and it was a powder form I was more than disappointed. Being diabetic, I bought this for hypos when im out surfing or doing activities so I may as well throw it away now because I cant use it.
