I grew up with one of these in our warm, happy home - and I always wanted a decent sized crucifix for my own home, as an adult. The wood is smooth and a beautiful feature. I love this and I'll try to insert a picture to give an idea of the actual size/scale. It's very stable on its stand, and as well as being iconic, it looks very elegant.
