I’ve been using this massage roller after work and workouts and it feels really good on sore muscles. The different textured areas give a nice amount of pressure without being too uncomfortable. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the size makes it convenient to use on my legs, back, and shoulders. Definitely a nice thing to have at home for muscle soreness.

Not to be overly dramatic but I absolutely love this roller. No one is paying me to say this. I have a black regular sized foam roller that I have had for years. I needed something small and more effective so I read some reviews and decided to order this roller. I am so happy I did. I used it mostly on my legs from hip to ankle. Sometimes I use it on my back. It is a good size and weight to stick in my suitcase!

Well made and overall I’m happy but wish it was 3-4 inches wider. Great for hamstrings, shoulder kinks and glutes.

I absolutely LOVE this roller. I had a neon green one from this brand in 2017 for a few years. I used to exercise a LOT including running miles everyday. This roller helped with muscle soreness and tightness SO much. I used it mainly for my legs, hips and back. I loved it so much (and specifically the spine curve design) that I searched through my past orders to find it and reorder it. I even searched through many other brands and options before doing so. I just got it tonight (YAY) and used it for my upper back/shoulder area where I carry a lot of tension from stress. WOW. Immediate pain relief. I will say - if you’ve never used a roller like this before it may hurt at first if your muscles are very tight. After rolling back and forth a few times with some breaks in between you’ll start to feel better and be able to use it regularly. It CRACKS MY BACK like I went to a chiropractor. Loosens up all of the tension. Makes me breathing feel better (because of loosened up muscles that were way too tight), aligns my back, and feels GOOD. So very happy this product exists and I can use it again. It brings me so much happiness and peace not having to feel the constant pain in my upper back and shoulders. Plus as I start exercising again this will be even more useful. The foam is firm and held up for me for years. I only had to get a new one because I lost the other one in a move. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

This foam roller has been a great addition to my recovery routine. The medium density is firm enough to work out tight muscles, but it’s not so hard that it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ve used it on my back, calves, quads, and hamstrings after workouts, and it helps loosen things up and reduce soreness. It holds its shape well and doesn’t flatten, even with regular use. The size is also convenient. It’s easy to store, lightweight enough to take to the gym, and works well for both stretching and myofascial release. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made foam roller that does exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely recommend it if you want an effective recovery tool without spending a lot.

I weigh over 225 and use it on the ground to roll out the upper back, so there is a lot of pressure on it and it feels good; however, while rolling out, it feels like it's going flat and I get the vibe it will continue to lose shape each use.

Very happy with this purchase. The material feels nice, it’s easy to use, and everything is just as advertised. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Good tool to relieve upper back pain. It is made of excellent hard rubber material with nice design.
