Ice Ball Maker works Great!!
I decided to try this ice ball maker bc we never have enough ice to fill everyone’s water bottles. When I first opened the maker I was surprised by its size, it was larger than I had anticipated. I will say there are a number of things I really like about it. 1. It runs very quiet. I have had other counter top ice makers that are so loud, this one is not at all! 2. It keeps the ice balls frozen for a long time, they don’t melt fast at all. 3. It makes a lot of ice! 144 balls in 24 hours is way more than I would ever use but would be wonderful if I was having a party. 4. The ice balls are really good size but fit nicely in water bottles which is a huge plus. 5. I like the option of actually hooking it to a water supply and drain. You have to have the right location to be able to do that but it is a really nice option. 6. The self clean function is really nice. It’s so easy to start and runs quickly. It’s also easy to drain the water tank after running the self clean. 7. Using filtered water the ice balls come out crystal clear! 8. The ice balls are perfect for your cocktails/whiskey. They do not melt fast so they don’t water down your drinks. There a couple things that I could see as improvements. 1. The drip tray is okay but I wish it actually attached somehow. It’s always getting pushed away from the maker and well then it doesn’t work so well. 2. The water reservoir isn’t huge but this wouldn’t be an issue if it was hooked to a water line and drain. Overall I really like this Ice ball maker and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Perfect Ice Every Time – The Ultimate Ice Maker for Whiskey Lovers
I just got the Clear Ice Ball Maker, and wow, I’m seriously impressed. As someone who loves Liquor, having ice that doesn’t melt too fast and water down my drink is a huge win. The crystalflux stuff they mention really makes a difference —each ice ball comes out super clear with barely any air bubbles, and they melt slowly, keeping my drink just right. The best part is how fast it makes the ice. Within 40 minutes, I already got ice balls ready to go. This is a game-changer when friends come over, and I’m trying to impress them with a nice drink. Plus, it makes up to 144 balls a day, so it’s perfect if you’re serving drinks for a crowd. Another cool thing is how easy it is to maintain. The self cleaning is great, and I don’t have to deal with any hassle when it comes to keeping everything fresh. It’s also pretty quiet when it runs, which is a big deal for me, cause i have it on the counter. & that caused another concern if it was too big for my counter as it can be used comercially to a water line also, but it’s super convenient for home countertop just fill it with water manually. Overall, this ice maker has made my whiskey nights so much better. Totally worth it!

Solid Ice Maker! A little loud
Overall, I like this ice maker. It makes bullet ice quickly, offers two sizes (though there isn’t a huge difference between the two, see video), and is easy to clean. I knocked off a star because it’s a little loud, especially compared to my other ecozy ice maker that makes nugget ice. If you’re looking for a bullet ice maker, and don’t mind the noise of the ice dumping into the bucket every few minutes, then definitely buy this one. It works great, comes with a few bags so you can stick some ice in the freezer, and is easy to clean. Ecozy customer service is fantastic too! This is the second Ecozy ice maker I have and would buy from them again.

It's pretty nice!
I gave this ice maker a try as I've always been curious of the appeal of spherical ice. It's actually pretty decent as it has a built in water inlet and an outlet for replacing the existing water. The Water Inlet is optional, so it's not the end of the world since I couldn't connect the inlet without making some janky water line install in my kitchen as it also allows you to manually pour the water into the unit to start the ice making process. As for how fast (or slow) it is, I have no point of reference. I believe it's on the faster side, but again... no point of reference since it's the 1st spherical ice maker I had. The ice balls it produces, it is a pretty solid sphere and it's almost clear enough that I'd almost mistake it for a marble, so it's pretty high quality! The only thing I didn't realize when I purchased it was that the unit was bigger than anticipated. 1 thing that confused me about the product was the extra add-ons that it comes with. There's a rubber ice padding that's used to soften the fall of the ice balls and the plastic ice ball holder (in case you plan on keeping a few solid ones for immediate aesthetic use). All in all, it's an overall decent ice sphere maker Pros: * Fast production * Has a water (optional) inlet/outlet * Self-Cleaning functionality * Good/High(?) quality ice spheres * Easy setup Cons: * Larger than expected * The manual doesn't include information about the add-ons * A bit pricy (no point of reference as it's my 1st ice sphere maker) Overall: For what it is, it's a pretty good maker!

This machine is a litany of bad design choices
I’ve had this for a week and so far, I’m rolling my eyes. The option of having a water supply and drain lines are present, but I can’t use them due to my circumstances. So I have to manually fill the water reservoir. I’ll start there. The door doesn’t open far enough to fill the reservoir with a one-gallon jug of distilled water without spilling it all over the place. This is the first idiotic design choice. Designing the door to open to 90 degrees would solve this problem. I cannot fathom why it was designed this way. It also makes it more difficult to remove the ice bucket. Furthermore, the “Max Fill” marking for filling the reservoir is not visible AT ALL without getting a flashlight, even though the inside is illuminated and my kitchen is brightly lit. I attached photos of this stupidity. The joke of a drip tray is completely inadequate and useless for the amount of water that gets spilled during filling and regular use. So much so that I don’t even bother to use it. But here’s the biggest head scratcher: The way this machine works is a continuous process of producing and melting down ice spheres, which makes zero sense. The ice bucket sits above and shares the same space as the water reservoir and is perforated on the bottom. This arrangement makes it physically impossible to keep the ice frozen. Once ice is produced, it begins melting. The machine can keep the ice bucket full, but since all the ice is continuously melting, all but the topmost layer of spheres are useless due to being in a misshapen state of being half-melted, leaving maybe half-a-dozen (at most!) usable spheres on top of the bucket at any given time. And those spheres are only really usable for a short amount of time after the machine spits them out, as they begin to melt right away and are unusable by the time the machine spits out the next batch. To make matters worse, once the bucket fills up, oftentimes a sphere or two will get stuck above the top rim of the bucket and melt itself to the lower spheres so they stay there, blocking the sensor so the machine isn’t triggered to make new ice. Before long, all you’re left with is an ice sculpture of half-melted, misshapen spheres climbing up the back wall of the bucket, with no usable ice. Because of this continuous melting / production cycle, it runs nearly nonstop, and it’s relatively loud. The end result of all of this is really wet, barely frozen ice. So wet that I wouldn’t use these in a cocktail right out of the machine as they melt extremely fast causing the dilution level of the drink to go through the roof. Instead, I have to remove the most recent 5 or 6 spheres, if I can find that many looking good, and put them in a container in my freezer so they can be properly frozen. All else aside, I just cannot even wrap my head around the fundamental design choice of continuously producing and re-melting the ice. WHY??? This is not an ice maker, this is….well…I don’t even know what to call what this machine does. Why not separate the water reservoir and keep the ice frozen??? My guess is that’s their gimmick for making “clear” ice - keeping it wet. Because when I put the spheres in my freezer to be properly frozen, they’re as cloudy as my manually produced spheres. This thing is getting returned. What a joke.

Outstanding Ice Ball Maker
This is my first ice ball maker, and I’m extremely satisfied with it. Right out of the box, I was impressed by its sleek, modern design—it perfectly matches my other kitchen appliances and is a great addition to my wet bar. Setup was simple and fast; I had it up and running the same day. I initially elected to fill the water reservoir manually, but I plan to take full advantage of its capabilities by connecting the built-in water inlet and outlet soon. After running a couple of self-cleaning cycles—which is a fantastic, time-saving feature—it began producing ice balls within the promised 40 minutes. Ecozy’s ice ball maker truly delivers. Thanks to its CrystalFlux Technology, the ice balls come out solid and crystal clear. They're perfect for whiskey or bourbon, melting slowly to chill your drink without watering it down. Just follow the instructions included with the system (plus the helpful email guidance), and you’ll be making high-quality ice with zero hassle in no time. Pros: - Easy setup - Self-cleaning - Fast production - High-quality ice - Optional built-in water inlet and outlet Cons: - A bit larger than expected - Instructions could be a little clearer regarding water inlet and outlet setup Overall: Outstanding ice ball maker.

This is very nice ice maker !! Its works great and makes ice super fast in my opinion I just wish the basket area kept the ice cold. If you leave the ice it makes in the basket for to long it will start to melt
