Bought this for a bit of fun for Christmas Day after presents and dinner. Great idea! The kids loved it and even the adults enjoyed this unexpected treat. Per reviews, I bought the cheap flossing sugar and it tasted just like I had at fairs in the 70s. Cooking tip: the bowl should be cleaned after about 5-6 uses as the sugar builds up around the edge and it's very hard to get the fluffy cotton candy appearance then. It cleans up very quickly. Less than 5 minutes. Only 3 parts to clean and all you really need is hot water. I only clean with soap once I've finished using the machine. The sugar that builds up around the lip can be saved and eaten, like a jolly rancher candy. I just ordered more sugar because it's so easy to make and clean up and the kids are all smiles when eating it. Can't wait to try the green apple flavor. 5/5 would buy again.

The product arrived in a box that was visibly damaged and contaminated with mold. The item itself had a strong and unpleasant odor due to the presence of mold. As it is intended for producing cotton candy, I chose not to let my daughter use it and ultimately threw it away. This purchase proved to be the worst I have ever made. Don't have picture I threw the item right away...

It actually works!! So excited to use this for my daughters 4th birthday party!

Gave this as a Christmas gift! It was a hit!!

I guess I'll update this once I buy some sugar to spin. My bad that I didn't read closely enough that it doesn't come with any. I thought I had read that it came with a starter, but I was wrong. Kind of a let down to put it together during a party to try out and then have to say "OH nevermind." I will update the stars once I do get to try it out in action. The three stars are for it being cute, tiny, and everyone went OOHHH AHHHHH when I unveiled it. It's the perfect size for a home bar. FYI-- adults love this too. It's not just for kids. Would make a great present for a birthday or Christmas. Just buy the candy floss too. :/

You just pour in sugar into center and it works great! Easy to clean too!
