Gets the job done exactly how it's supposed to. It took me a few times to memorize how to put them on but now that I've gotten comfortable with them they're very helpful for deadlifting, walking lunges, farmers carries, when using heavy dumbbells

Perfect for lifting and helping with easing joint pain!
I needed some straps to help with joint pain when I lift, and these have worked out perfectly. They help with grip when lifting the heavier weights. I've washed them a handful of times at this point, and there is no sign of tearing or breaking down. Once you understand how to put them on, you're set, and it's easy to remember how to wear them. They're also very simple to adjust. Color is as pictured, which is always nice.

Good material, but if your wrists are smaller than 7” these won’t fit you.

Für dünne Handgelenke vielleicht nicht so gut
Machen was sie behaupten, sind allerdings für kleine Handgelenke dank der großen Polster etwas eigenartig und schwer verwendbar. Bei mir liegen sie sehr viel mehr am Handrücken an als am Handgelenk.

Can't Fault
Been using these for a few weeks up until the second lockdown came around! They feel secure and strong, i've got small wrists and they fit small enough to work as they should, which is a bonus. Can't fault!

Lo que necesitada
Lo recomiendo para mujeres que tienen la muñeca delgada porque se puede ajustar a ella, otros estorban por la espuma o cojin que le ponen. no permite ajustarse y se atora, en este caso no es rasposo el material y puede desplazarse hasta el ancho de muñeca que tengas. Aunque no es tan ancha si es larga puedes dar hasta 3 vueltas para ajustar, sentí que levante un poco de mas repeticiones porque me ayudo a soportar el peso ya que mi agarre es muy débil pero tengo la fuerza en los brazos para un peso mayor, espero les sirva mi comentario.
