The only vitamin where I actually feel better.
I don't swallow pills easily and these are big. So I give them one bite, that is how I know the taste is bad. I also only take one vs the recommended two.Still, it is the only vitamin that seems to have an effect. It gives me a lot of energy. Like how caffeine boosts other folks. But I don't drink caffeine.

A good multi!
Someone suggested this as an excellent multi - it’s been a great addition to my daily supplements. It does turn my urine bright yellow? But I think it has given a definite boost to my overall health.
