Good windows 11 pc running some old school games and the usual internet photo/video editing. Upgraded to 64 gigs of ram for future proofing. There is zero lag and the LED lights are cool as well, no buyers remorse and am glad I bought it. Pretty much plug and play with minimal bloatwear installed.

I'm very happy with it. It's handled everything I've thrown at it. If I could complain about anything it's that I almost immediately upgraded it. This left some memory sitting in a drawer. I should have known i would do that and bought the lower memory version.

Extremely Disappointed – Died After 6 Months! I bought this PC in December and was initially happy with the performance for everyday tasks like browsing and streaming/roblox. I purchased Norton protection, so I expected at least a decent level of security and system stability. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After just six months of light use, the computer shut off abruptly while I was watching a YouTube video — and never turned back on. No warning signs, no overheating, just completely dead. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I take good care of my electronics, so this was incredibly frustrating. For a product at this price point, I expected far more longevity. A computer shouldn’t just quit like this, especially with antivirus protection installed. Its a waste of money. I purchased 3 and one went out 2 days after opening. This one 6 months and who knows when the other will go out. I would not recommend this PC to anyone. Look elsewhere if you want reliability.

I’m honestly impressed with the pc handles emulation great for older games not the best on modern games I tried Fortnite didn’t play very well constant frame drops. But it handles emulation great which was the main reason I got it overall satisfied with purchase.

For the device its good value, power usage has been great averaging around 12W, haven't figured out how to turn off the RGB yet either but probably won't have a noticeable impact on power. The device when arrived wasn't fitted to the shell and some ports on the motherboard were not accessible but after working with support a replacement was issued, I would encourage you to call them for faster service. It has a nice case with easily swappable nvme and ram with only two spots which makes both easy to upgrade, it easily took the 32gb DIMM's without complaint. I will buy again for more proxmox applications when it makes sense.

Use it daily, no problems outside of having to figure out minor cooling but it has meet expectations and higher for being a mini pc. I move my setup around places constantly, easy to bring along as I can just put it in a bag with a monitor and easy transport it.

Great product. The 3 modes work perfectly as intended and one of the most clean built mini PC’s on the market with performance capable of running AAA software. 100% Recommend.

While the processor is decent, and it has a good 'starting' RAM memory of 16GB in two 8GB sticks, the GPU is VERY underperforming. With only 512mb of dedicated graphics memory, calling this a 'gaming pc' would be an absolute stretch. It barely ran Minecraft, and as anyone who has ever played the game before knows, you can play it on even 10+ year old computers. If you want a small computer for everyday music, videos, or even work/school, this would work for you, but as for the gaming side, I strongly recommend not to get this unit.
