For the first five months, it worked well and made a big difference for my routine. Unfortunately, the pressure pump recently stopped working. I reached out to their customer support regarding the warranty, and the experience was great. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and immediately offered to send a brand-new replacement unit without making me jump through hoops or pay for return shipping. Works really well and is super easy to use. I have used neti pots that you have to tilt you head to side and breath weirdly to get the liquid to pour out of your mouth while you do it. This is us much easier, you can just put the nose piece to your nose and let it do its thing. It sucks and pushes the saline solution through your sinuses and clears them out. I can see some mucus in the collection tank every time. And after a treatment i definitely feel like my nose is clear. The best part is that it isn't messy at all. It collects all of the solution so it doesn't have to run out your mouth. Cleaning it is easy, you just run some clean water through it with the little adapter and let it dry and you are done. If you like the feeling of clean sinuses from a neti pot you will love this more.

This machine works great. I have had 2 sinus surgeries and I purchased this after my first surgery when my sinuses were not clearing. Unfortunately, I had developed an infection that could not be cleared with this machine and had to have a second surgery, however, it has been a lifesaver in the healing process. I really like the suction feature, as I feel that it removes more than a simple bottle nasal rinse can. I deducted 1 star because the first machine I ordered was defective and now my second machine stopped working after 2 months. However, customer service was wonderful and very easy to work with. They are sending me a new machine. Great company that stands behind their product.

I have serious sinus issues and have been told for years that I need to do nasal rinses and honestly I have dreaded it. I have tried every product out there and disliked them all UNTIL the NasalFresh MD. I have been using the NasalFresh MD for about 8 months now and I can honestly say that I love it! It's by far the easiest product to use, it cleans both nostrils at the same time and it really clears out your sinuses. (It also doesn't make you feel like you're drowning like some other products out there). The set up is quick and easy. The machine takes any brand of saline packets which is a plus. I love that it has a retractable hose so you don't have to hold the machine up to your face like a Navage. There are three power settings. I have only tried the first setting so far. The pressure is comfortable and the whole process is simple. It only takes about a minute for a complete wash cycle. It thoroughly clears your sinuses and makes breathing easier. The machine is rechargeable and very easy to clean. It also comes with a carrying case to store it in. I have bragged on this machine so much that my best friend went out and bought one for herself. She loves her NasalFresh MD as well. I highly recommend purchasing the NasalFresh MD, as it is a convenient, easy to use product that really clears your sinuses and gets rid of congestion.

I bought this product in December 2025. After using it a few times I discovered I really liked it. I felt that it cleaned deeper than my Neti Pot and my nose did not run for the next 30 minutes every time I had my head down. It is self-cleaning and very easy to use, no special pods to use and it has a small handheld device. Unfortunately, about after 9 weeks of the device the on/off button stopped working. I contacted the company via email. The Customer Service responded within 24 hours, on a Sunday, giving me 2 options for replacement. They also gave a bypass recommendation that I can used until the new device arrives. I would highly recommend the product one) I very much liked the product and two) Customer Service is amazing.

I have struggled for years with sinus congestion and pressure. I am not the biggest fan of using the netipot as I find it messy. My cousin experienced the same issues and told me about NasalFresh MD. He had been using it for over a year and said it was the best thing he ever did for himself. I ordered it, based on his experience, and have to say it was a real game changer for me too! It provides an easy way to cleanse my nasal passages with a stream of gentle pressure which is comfortable and easy to use. Device works great? Much easier to use than a neti pot. The handheld piece stopped working but customer service is great and is helping to send a replacement. Great product though!

Haven't reviewed this as it arrived, until I'd used it a few times. Easy to use and take apart to clean. Great that it comes in a carrying case makes it easy to take with you.

I’ve just received my order and unfortunately the product appears to be used. The machine was unwashed and shows clear signs of previous use. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new.

This device is excellent: easy to use, easy to clean, and very effective. I've used several devices of this kind and this is the best, by quite a margin.
