This is a good supplement. For the price the quality is superior. Doesn't have an after taste. It's easy to swallow and seems effective in helping lower my cholesterol.

I take this with Fish oil supplements. I don't know if this is the reason or if I'm just lucky, but my lipids are always in the optimal or near optimal range. I'm happy with this product.

Like most denatured herbal products, denaturing also removes the positive effects. I will just buy raw garlic from now on.
