I must admit that I wasn't sure about this product but after reading reviews and completing the price point I decided to give it a try. The apple flavor is great with no aftertaste and it definitely helped with the absorption of the water I drank. It takes some vigorous shaking for the powder to dissolve in my gallon jug but overall it's a great option and value for the money.

Silica packet was open and mixed into the product so it was unusable. Need to use better packets. I sifted some out so I could taste it, before throwing away, in case I wanted to try again. I don't like it. Tastes like a bad "red delicious" apple instead of a refreshing green apple taste. Requested a refund. Also, I thought it would be green based on the ad. It was not.

I ordered this in the flavor “Apple.” This mix is contained within a plastic tub, which is definitely not a material I enjoy being in contact with anything I ingest, due to contamination concerns. Its lid is easy for me to open with my weak, painful hands, but I found the protective seal beneath the cap much more difficult to remove. Looking at the Supplement Fact and Other Ingredients listed on the bottle’s labeling, I do see one difference from what’s shown in the product images. The parenthetical listing accompanying ‘Potassium’ reads as follows on the bottle’s label: “(as Potassium Phosphate and Potassium Citrate).” Mixing this into water, it dissolved easily. The resulting flavor is very sweet and delightful, initially, but then that Stevia flavor that I greatly dislike strongly takes over and sits in my mouth until I can mask it with something else.

This tastes surprisingly good and dissolves really well. It has a similar taste to green apple hard candy but a little less candy-ish. It’s not like Granny Smith sour but it has a flavor reminiscent of green apple flesh. Not so much the peel. I love that it doesn’t have sucralose. That stuff freaks me out. I also hate things that taste diet. I know some people don’t like the taste of stevia but I grew up on it and I like it. This has been a perfect drink for me. I don’t know if it’s my adhd or what but I forget to drink anything for a long time. I had my first drink of the day today at 3:30 pm. Flavored water really helps. There’s a bit of give and take on the format. I’m used to the portable flavor stick packets and this comes in a tub with a scoop. I work from home so it’s not hard to operate with something that isn’t portable but I hate getting my hands sticky and it’s inevitable that I have to wash or rinse my hands after handling this because the scoop is always coated in powder. On the one hand, it’s more eco friendly than a bunch of disposable packets but on the other, it’s messier. The safety seal was very secure. Almost too secure. There was no tab edge sticking out to use to pull off the seal under the lid. I tried using my teeth and that didn’t work either. Eventually, I got a knife and just cut down the middle. It still fought me coming off! I finally managed to rip off most of it but there’s like a crescent moon edge on one side that I just gave up on. It was a lot of work to get it to a place where I could get to the scoop. The powder seems more concentrated that the sticks as a scoop seems small but it has plenty of flavor. Very good product.

Taste bad

The powder has a light scent and tastes like an apple. Even when diluted, it has a little bit of color. Because it is light-flavor, I can use it with any juice or fruit without noticing the flavor. It is refreshing if mixed only with ice water without being overwhelmingly sweet. The aftertaste is minimal to none. It is a nice flavor.
