I use this everytime I go to the gym and I love it. Really helps me sweat and feel warm. If you use too much, it can become uncomfortable , so it’s all about finding a balance. I’ve found mine and have no complaints.

Great hot cream…
This hot cream works very well. It definitely heats up. Only downside is that it’s very watery like runny. I don’t like that, but it actually heats the body up which you can tell. It’s burning fat molecules. Great value for the money it’s very effective. There’s no greasy residue and it’s very easy to use.

WARNING ON USING THIS PRODUCT
****WARNING****I ordered after seeing that for the most part, reviews were positive with few mentioning skin irritation. I applied it twice with gloves and it wasn’t just the ‘heat’ generated but an unpleasant and itchy sensation. I stopped using it. A couple of days after, I noticed bruises on 2 areas about 2 inches wide and several smaller ones. My abdominal area definitely looks like it was ‘punched’! I’ll stick to sit ups to enhance my appearance. IF YOU DECIDE TO USE this product, be vigilant and discontinue using it immediately if you feel or have a similar experience like mine!
