Not sugar, but that's the point!
Great value for the price. Monk fruit extract is different though, so didn't expect it to taste exactly like sugar. But it is very sweet and replaces sugar well in many recipes.

Concentrated sweetness
In powder form with tiny little plastic scooper. You only need a portion of a scoop to make a difference in a cup of tea. Tastes great when added with cinnamon, salt, & pepper to a side dish such as spaghetti squash— yum!!. Lasts a long time. Definitely worth the purchase.

Horrible
This is a powder. I thought it was granular. I had tapped on something that was supposed to be granular like sugar. It does not dissolve I cold beverages, but sits there like a lump of powder. Horrible aftertaste. Can’t return it, so complete waste of money. It is hard to find monk fruit without erythritol. I bought an organic brand that was excellent, granulated, and 1:1 sweetener like sugar. It has been sold out here for a long time and I cannot find it anywhere else.

Best natural sugar substitute i have tried.
I mix 1 teaspoon of the monkfruit powder with about 7 or 8 teaspoons of sugar. Then less than 1 teaspoon of the mixture is all I need for my morning cup of coffee. So I cut my sugar down quite a bit and my coffee tastes almost as good as if I had used all sugar. I have tried this with all the other sugar substitutes and the monk fruit tastes the best.

A tiny bit goes a long way.
My current favorite: It comes with a tiny spoon. 3 of those will sweeten 1 quart of brewed tea.

It is kinda like sweet. It is not sugar.
This product does provide a sweetness similar to sugar. I doubt if anybody could be fooled into thinking it WAS sugar. It works pretty well on dry cereal where you can mix it up before adding milk. It is too difficult to mix in liquids for me to use it to sweeten a drink like coffee or tea. And you have to handle it gently or you will have a cloud of the stuff in the air.

Wow that’s sweet!
I didn’t expect this to be that sweet…! I mean, it comes with this lil micro spoon and you think awe how cute … I’ll just put in 3 of those in my coffee 🤪! Yeah, no - don’t do it… the taste is fantastic though!!! Just a lil bit will do - trust me lol! Just licking your finger from minor residue is so sweet! At first I was apprehensive because it was so expensive for a lil jar … but!, I’m telling you this lil jar is going to last you a good while. Again, the flavor is so good!! Yum 😋
