Get frequent headaches from muscle inflammation causing severe muscle tension in shoulders and neck.I use a gel headband in conjunction with this. This product is fantastic. I tuck it under my shirt and no problem staying in place. Outside the shirt if I don't move around lots it stays in place. The soft fabric side keeps from being painfully cold while allowing sufficient cold to transfer to skin. It is comfortable. I put it in the freezer. It requires a little kneading of the gel beads but is flexible and shapeable. It stays cold for a solid 20-30 min. But that's from the freezer. I haven't used in the fridge or for heat.Wish it was a little longer and bigger but for the money I am very pleased with it.

I only gave it 3 stars because this product was way to small. It wouldn't sit on my shoulders at all. If I didn't wait to long to open the product I would of returned it. But... I will say that the material is soft, and the little beads it has are nice nd soft. I put mine in the freezer and thought I'd try it on my lower back since I can't use it for my neck. When I took it out of the freezer after 2 hours, it wasn't that ugly hardness that most ice packs have. It was soft and actually contoured to my back. I'll find a use for it with my family of 7, I'm sure

Most people buy this for pain or mussels tightness.. I got it for HOT flashes in the middle of the night- keeps me cool and happy.. No more night mood swings..

This product works good, however at the seam some of the gel balls started coming out the seam came apart

I had a total shoulder replacement done in 2017 plus I have spinal stenosis, bone spurs & a compressed nerve in my cervical spine due to a bicycle accident. This ice pack is amazing for pain relief & I'm so glad I found it. Love the way it softly wraps around both the neck and shoulders. I feel like I'm in a spa treatment with this therapy. Highly recomment it to anyone suffering from aches & pains in the neck, upper back & shoulder area.

Love this! Have not tried it hot yet but the cold last long! It is a little snug on my neck so if yours is thick then I might look for something else.

This ice pack turns to a brick of ice. No Mobility, no flexibility, it is harder than a brick and if you freeze it with any bends in it it is very sharp corners. Threw it in the garbage.
