400W 12V 3 Blade Wind Turbine Generator 20A with Charger Environmental Controller PBT Leaf

I am highly upset with this item purchased. My husband and I followed the installation guide that includes 8 basic steps. Upon installation we haven't seen this Wind Turbine spin at all, with the our strong winds up to date it hasn't. We have a problem with this faulty wind turbine. I would like a full refund or brand new relpacement Wind Turbine. Thanks for understanding. God bless!
