I've been using this Vietnamese phin coffee maker for a few weeks now, and it's become my go-to for a quick morning cup. Setup is super straightforward: just add 1-2 tablespoons of medium-fine ground coffee (I use robusta for that bold Vietnamese kick), tamp lightly, and pour hot water – first a bloom, then fill up.
