Cheap quality and no support.
I bought this from the Northern Tool store and used it maybe 12 times over a 4 month period, and it stopped lifting. We tried to add hydraulic fluid but it did not help. I tried to exchange it at the store but they refused and said I must take it to another store where a technician can look at it, which is a long way for me. This jack is low quality and they do not stand behind their products at Northern Tool, which owns the Strongway brand. I bought a Crown and it is excellent. Spend a little more and get quality, not this Chinese boat anchor.
