Don't even hesitate - just buy it!!
I have drunk many whiskeys, funnily enough, I was never a drinker in my youth and only really started a few years ago, so I have a lot of catching up to do. However, in that short space of time, I have bought many whiskeys and received a lot for Birthdays and Christmases and have even visited Edinburgh and Glasgow and sampled some fine malts- I can honestly say that nothing comes close to this. I saw reviews saying that The Balvenie was just as good - absolute tosh. Does the chap have tastebuds?? This Macallan's taste is pure silk, hardly any kickback, and slides down really quickly; within 2 days, I had nearly finished the bottle and will definitely be having this as a regular feature in my cupboard! 5 stars, hands down!! Buy it you will not be disappointed. On a different note, another great whiskey to sample, which is my second favourite, is The Classic Laddie; well worth the money, buy yourself a bottle of that as well and if you are a smoker, treat yourself to a Monte Cristo to puff on at the same time whilst sitting back in your garden watching the sunset, sublime!

Try eating a granny smith apple with this.
This was a really nice Macallum and though I don;t try to be an expert. I know if I like or don't like the whisky in my glass and i liked this.

Very nice whisky
I've got a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label and this knocks spots off it. Someone did its not worth the money, but it's all about tastes because I think this is definitely worth the price. I'm no collector but doo have around 10 bottles of whisky ranging from a nice Aldi bottle for £20 up to the Blue Label, and this is the nicest one I've tasted in amongst those lot. I'd love to tell about the 'nose' or how I tasted shortbread or chocolate........but I didn't, all I know is that is a lovely taste and has a lovely lasting effect on the tongue.

Perfect gift
This is a gift for someone who loves it! So I’m assuming flavor, sheerness are great. I do know it’s value for money from HTFW The delivery was quicker then stated, always a bonus 😀. Then there was also a small bottle of another to try included free of charge, fabulous 👏👏
