The side effects were just as you would expect from the blue diamond shaped tablets - facial flushing and a muzzy headache. Rarely there can be serious or fatal reactions to blue diamond shaped tablets - which probably explains the legal disclaimer placed in the advert and packaging. "Herbal Medicines" and "Supplements" carry a potential risk. Just remember that by far the safest way to get blue diamond shaped tablets is to go to a pharmacy - as the pharmacists are trained to spot those at high risk of severe reactions and they only stock brands approved and tested by the UK medicines' regulator. Caveat Emptor!

Unfortunately your golf to have to date the fact that these herbal supplements made to imitate the famous blue pill.. Simply don't work.. I have tried a lot of brands and not one has worked even a little.... They cost the same as the chemical versions that simply work like super rocket fuel... Yes they have side affects not they are minor... This did absolutely nothing for me at all.... Save your money...

Great for extending staminer when you dont need those little blue pills from your gp and being herbal they are also far safer and even cheaper We got these as a bit off fun on the recomendation from a freind off my wife who said they actually increase staminer and boy do they ever VERY HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Tablets are east to swallow and have specific flavour or taste. The can also be snapped in half should you not require a full one. Effects seem to come on within 45 minutes and I get a slight blue haze to my vision. Once active they work exactly as expected with no other negative side effects to me. As always speak with your GP/doctor before taking new supplements or medication
