Modern Meringue gamechanger! Great product! Works, as well as, Wilton! I can see or taste any difference. Pouch has alot even with deflate in the shipping. Worth the price. I won't need to buy for awhile. Consistency is great, not lumpy totally smooth. Delivery on time no damage. I added to my buttercream cupcake icing along with Graceful Baker suggestion, to add lemon juice. Man, was it good. I recommend 👌

I needed meringue powder that was gluten-free to make engagement cookies for our daughter with celiac, and this fit the bill.
