Works great
This is another model of the button press wanted. I already have a square for fridge magnets and wanted to add the round ones. The machine is pretty easy to operate out of the box, does not require any assembly, and it does come with a lot of supplies for you to try with. It is not a professional machine, don't consider that you can run a business out of it, it is fairly great for occasional button making and gifting. The 2.25-inch size is great for most pictures. Overall, it is a great addition to my hobby tool collection.

The quality is very poor; the magnets have very weak suction.

Makes perfect magnetic buttons and comes with everything you need!
It took me a few tries to figure it out. now it works great!! Part of the problem was the wrong instructions were sent with the button maker. The instructions were for using a pin backing, not magnetic. I made four test buttons and none of them worked. After looking at each of the failed buttons, I realized the bottom half needed to be lifted higher to connect with the top. During the unpacking process, I noticed a black plastic ring was in one of the packages, but no instructions on what it was for. I decided to put it in the bottom of the second half of the button maker before adding the metal piece. Once I did that, everything worked great! The buttons are easy to make, don't require a lot of hand strength and the come out looking very nice. I would recommend you keep your images to the center of the button and leave a wide edge. You can put the metal button back onto the the printed image to get an idea of how big the border needs to be. They included a circle cutter that works pretty well, and even has an extra blade. I tested how well the magnets hold to my refrigerator and they can hold about 1 sheet of paper. Now that I have figured out how to make the buttons, I definitely can recommend this to anyone looking for a durable, easy to use button making machine. I plan to buy some of the pin style button backs and try them too.
