Bosch Telescopic Handle With Wheels 80-115 cm - Accessory for Isio, Versions Prior to 2014, Multicolor

This handle is fairly essential for hand-held Isio users if you suffer from a bad back or you want to use the main device for pruning high bushes. It's easy to fit and even easier to use and means that at you can use the machine for most of your trimming, pruning and tidying-up needs for more or less all your garden needs up to a height of about 8 feet. Good value from Amazon too as I've seen it cost much, much more through the normal garden centre and diy store channels.

Bought to help trim the lawn edge without bending. On a perfectly flat surface it's OK. However if thr surface is uneven or the grass is thick it is a struggle to move the cutter using this long handle.

Absolute Crap. HOWEVER!, having looked at reviews for the "Bosch ASB 10.8 Cordless Li-Ion Hedge Shear Telescopic Handle" I decided not to buy this system and went for the ISO system instead.Out of the box the handle is as useful as a chocolate tea pot, but can be fixed by bending back and increasing the angle of the pole at the base next to the cable. By doing this the pole is less vertical and is much easier to push. The system works well and saves us kneeling to cut edges and produces a much better result than a strimmer.If the issue of the handle with the ASB system is the same as the ISO I would have preferred to have bought the more powerful one and sorted the handle. C'est la vie!

Not fit for purpose, much too light and flimsy to trim lawn edges possibly because The Bosch Isio is not powerful enough. It's ok to trim a small box bush shrub but that's all. Moneywasted.

This Bosch Telescopic Handle for the Isio is neat, light and via a nifty bracket enables the brilliant little Isio trimmer to be used both on the horizontal and vertical plane, for neat edging.The base of this two wheeled handle incorporates a wire - with the same type of plug as the Isio's charger - so that the handle's trigger switch ( almost identical to the Isio's) can be operated from its moulded grip. A cleverly formed, curved white plastic tube, which has a ferrule, to locate and keep the power lead safely clear of any moving parts, clips around the handle's lower bend.Adjustment of this handle's length is by means of twisting a neatly fitted orange coloured friction grip, which, when the correct length is chosen can be locked off via its inbuilt thread.I think this is an accessory which is hard not to like as its alloy tubed lightness betrays its strength. Also the wheels are light, but robust.Can't help but recommend this product as an almost necessary adjunct to the Isio's versatility. And anyone with back pains will be saved the effort of bending down or kneeling to trim edges or verges.Yet again Bosch comes up trumps with a product to enhance the Isio experience!It gets better!YAY!Cheers Bosch.

Fitting the unit in at the first attempt was a bit of a pain (it fell out a few times), then extending the handle is not as easy as you will think it will be. Like all these gadgets, I am used to now and find it a useful tool.

Great product... makes my life so much easier ! Very easy to attach the grass edger - this is my second handle which did fail after a reasonabley shirt time so I am hoping this one will last better ... but it’s worth the risk!

I have used a pair of long handle grass shears for quite some time to go around the edges of my lawn. Although it took some time, it was worth the effort to see the neat results. I saw the Bosch Isio Grass shear advertised and thought that this would be ideal as it would considrably reduce the time taken to do this task. I was fortunate to receive one as a birthday gift. The time taken to do this task was reduced considerably from about 45 minutes down to ten minutes. I had no idea that the telescopic handle was available until I read the leaflet accompanying the product. I purchased this item via Amazon and now as well as speeding up the task of cutting the lawn edges it has also removed the discomfort of having to kneel down to the job. The attaching of the handle to the Isio is a bit awkward but you just have to make sure its firmly connected before connecting the electrical lead to it.
